THE LIGNO SYSTEM
Technical description Lathe
Correct spindle alignment is essential for ex. drilling works.
Special bushings and pins in both headstock and tailstock guarantee perfect headstock and tailstock alignment. |
This achievement allows you also to fix the headstock in different angles to the bed. Standard is 90°, 180° 270° and 360° Position.
On request also 15°,45°,60°,75°. |
This unique LIGNO design allows you to put a Morse taper alignment tool both in the headstock and tailstock and make them a unit. After loosening the screws in the bushings the “unit” is moved forwards and backwards. When the screws are locked, the alignment is perfect. |
The LIGNO 250 SE is equipped with adjustable machine feet allowing operation of the machine on an uneven floor.
The LIGNO 250 CE is provided with threaded holes for levelling screws or for machine feeds. |
